Open Access Policy
Philosophy, Economics and Law Review is a peer-reviewed journal operating under a full Gold Open Access model. Readers and institutions are granted free access to all content without any article processing charges (APCs).
- Accessibility and distribution: all publications are permanently available for free reading, downloading, and copying.
- Licensing and usage (CC BY): third parties are free to reuse, edit, and even monetise the materials (including for commercial purposes). The primary condition is mandatory attribution: providing a link to the original work via its DOI, citing the licence, and indicating if any changes were made.
- Authors’ rights: authors retain copyright and the right to the scholarly use of their work, granting the journal the right of first publication and distribution.
- Archiving: full-text articles are maintained in the “Archive” section in accordance with the principles of the Budapest Open Access Initiative (BOAI).
