Abstract

The objectives of this study are determined by the social relations that appear in connection with the performance by specialized bodies in the investigation of road accidents. Thus, the general object of the research is the national and international doctrine in the criminal-procedure and forensic aspect of road accident investigation and especially the organization and planning of these processes
